As of January 2014, City of Atlanta public officials, candidates and other elected officials were required to file campaign and personal financial disclosure reports, required by the State of Georgia Government Transparency Campaign and Finance Commission at the local level with the Municipal Clerk/Election Superintendent.

In order to accommodate the State’s mandate and to allow Atlanta’s elected officials and candidates to electronically file the required reports and the citizens and constituents to have access to those reports, a new web-based filing tool was purchased.
