1.  Advisory Committee on International Relations

3.  Alcohol Technical Advisory Group (ATAG) III
The Advisory Group plans to identify and make recommendations to the Mayor and the City Council for changes to the City of Atlanta's alcohol beverage licensing process, the language and enforcement of laws related to the licensing, sale and regulation of alcoholic beverages within the City of Atlanta.

4.  Atlanta BeltLine Inc. Board of Directors
The Board of Directors continues to have a profound impact on the City of Atlanta and the region. Their involvement and cooperation of leaders from across the City is vital to the continued success of the Atlanta BeltLine.

5.  Atlanta Citizen Review Board
The board shall have the jurisdiction to investigate and mediate citizen's complaints with regard to the described matters of the Atlanta City Code.

6.  Atlanta Commission on Fatherhood, Men, and Boys
The Commission wishes to provide an organized and collaborative structure for the development of policy recommendations regarding issues specifically facing fathers, men, and boys within the City of Atlanta.

7.  Atlanta Commission on Women
The Commission addresses and advocates issues affecting the quality of life, status, and well being of today's women and girls in the City of Atlanta.

8.  Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta
Invest Atlanta is the official economic development authority for the City of Atlanta. Its purpose is to strengthen Atlanta's economy and global competitiveness to create increased opportunity and prosperity for the people of Atlanta.

9.  Atlanta Fatal Crash Review Commission
The Commission is to revie fatal vehicle collisions within the City of Atlanta that occur upon all surface streets within the City of Atlanta, including those involving pedestrians, cyclists, and motor vehicles.

10.  Atlanta Fulton Water Resources Commission
The Commission seeks to develop plans for, acquire the necessary sites and governmental permits for and to construct and operate a water treatment plant and appurtenances in North Fulton County, Georgia, to serve the joint needs of Atlanta and Fulton County in assuring an adequate supply of potable water for the citizens of Atlanta and Fulton County.

11.  Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA) Board of Commissioners
The Authority provides and facilitates affordable housing resources for nearly 27,000 low-income households comprised of approximately 45,000 people, including AH-owned residential communities, tenant-based vouchers, supportive housing, and homeownership opportunities.

12.  Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB)
The Board advises the City of Atlanta on city-wide issues, goals and objectives relative to the preparation and updating of the comprehensive development plan, as well as matters relating to citizen organizations and participation in the planning process.

13.  Atlanta Public Safety Training Center Community Stakeholder Advisory Committee
The Committee ensures that there is continued public engagement and input from the City of Atlanta, DeKalb County, the Atlanta Police Foundation, and other interested parties including but not limited to environmental and habitat conservation organizations, concerning the development of the Atlanta Public Training Facility property.

14.  Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC)
The Commission is one of 12 regional commissions in Georgia established by the Georgia Planning Act to help local government s with community planning. The Commission is charged with considering issues from a regional perspective and working community partners to plan the investments needed to secure a better, brighter future.

15.  Atlanta Reproductive Justice Commission
The Commission provides recommendations related to increasing awareness of ways to access comprehensive reproductive care as well as advancing policies to improve public health outcomes. The Commission will proactively work to increase awareness around access to reproductive care as well as public and private resources.

16.  Atlanta Workforce Development Agency (AWDA)
The Agency serves as the workforce system for the City of Atlanta. The Agency provides job seekers with resources to attain sustainable employment and collaborates with local and regional employers for the recruitment and development of their labor needs.

17.  Atlanta Workforce Training and Job Creation Advisory Committee
The Committee aims to develop strategies for programs to offer structured training and preparation for skilled trades.

18.  Audit Committee
The Committee is an independent management committee that ensures independence of the audit function. The Committee shall consult with the city auditor regarding technical issues and work to assure maximum coordination between the work of the city auditor's office and the needs of the council, the mayor, and departments and the coordination of external audit efforts.

19.  BeltLine Affordable Housing Advisory Board
The Board makes recommendations to Invest Atlanta and the City of Atlanta on goals and policies for the use of BeltLine Affordable Housing Advisory Board dollars.

20.  BeltLine Affordable Housing Trust Fund Commission
The Board shall make recommendations to the City Council for the expenditure of funds collected in the Beltline Affordable Workforce In Lieu Fee Housing Trust Fund.

21.  BeltLine Design Review Committee
The Committee provides design consultation, review, and recommendations for all Special Administrative Permits within a half-mile of the Atlanta BeltLine corridor.  The Committee assists the City of Atlanta's Office of Planning and Community Development in guiding development around the Atlanta BeltLine.

22.  BeltLine Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee (TADAC)
The Committee was created through the Atlanta BeltLine legislation as part of its Community Participation Framework. The Committee ensures ongoing and meaningful citizen input into planning, design and implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine.

23.  Board of Zoning Adjustment
The Board hears applications for variances and special exceptions from the zoning ordinance, as well as appeals of administrative decisions. When making a decision concerning an application, the Board takes into consideration the recommendations of the Office of Zoning and Development staff and the Neighborhood Planning Unitas well as testimony given at hearings.

24.  Buckhead Community Improvement District (CID)
The District funds projects and programs addressing transportation needs and other aspects of the public realm that have set the stage for Buckhead’s commercial core to be a more walkable, livable urban center.

25.  Budget Commission
The Commission annually prepares and files with the governing body for submission to the mayor the budget revenue anticipations for the City of Atlanta.

26.  Campbellton Road Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee
The Committee advises the Atlanta Development Authority Board of Directors in connection with the Campbellton Road TAD financing decisions relating to proposals for project development funding and support within the Southwest Atlanta neighborhoods.

27.  Chattahoochee Brick Company Memorial, Greenspace, and Park Board
The Board shall promote public trust and engage in a transparent, thoughtful, inclusive, and collaborative process for the visioning, planning, designing, and redevelopment of the former site of the Chattahoochee Brick Company.

28.  Citizen's Service Planning Review Commission
The Commission studies City services and presents reports outlining any action the City should take to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

29.  City of Atlanta-Atlanta Public Schools Joint Committee
The Committee is to enhance educational outcomes, improve quality of life, and produce economic vitality in Atlanta. The Committee will focus on population growth; workforce development; safe and livable neighborhoods; coordination of wraparound services for youth; transportation and planning decisions that take into account student needs.

30.  City of Atlanta-Fulton County Joint Committee
The Committee is to develop a framework to assist the Fulton County Sheriff with severe overcrowding at the Fulton County Jail. The Committee shall submit formal recommendations to alleviate the overcrowding conditions at the Fulton County Jail to the Atlanta City Council and the Fulton County Commission.

31.  City of Atlanta and Fulton County Recreation Authority
The Authority was created pursuant to an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Georgia. This Authority has authorized bonds to finance the cost of the acquisition, construction and installation of certain park, recreational and zoological facilities in the City of Atlanta.

32.  City of Atlanta Procurement Reform Task Force
The Task Force shall be facilitated by a firm or professional experienced in working with governments to develop innovative strategies and implementing solutions to complex challenges. The Task Force will take a comprehensive review of the City of Atlanta procurement and real estate code, and any administrative regulations, policies and procedures and submit to the Mayor, Council President and the Atlanta City Council with specific recommendations.

33.  City of Atlanta Reparations Study Commission
The Commission shall research the role the City of Atlanta played in the legal discrimination of African American residents and its impact. The Commission shall provide recommendations for appropriate redress or reparations for harms inflicted.

34.  Civil Service Board
The Board shall be the official protector of the civil service system. The Board provides advice and counsel to the mayor, the council, the commissioner of human resources, concerning the development, implementation and improvement of the civil service system.

35.  Commission on Aging
The Commission addresses special needs for the elderly, as it relates to City services delivery; including, but not limited to: traffic and transportation (pedestrian walks, traffic signals, etc.), solid waste services and public safety issues.

36.  Commission on Veterans Affairs
The Commission serves in an advisory capacity on legislative issues affecting the City of Atlanta's military population and their families, both active and retired.

45.  Commission to Oversee Designating Frederick Douglass High School as a National and Local Historic Building
The Commission seeks to establish a commission for the purpose of overseeing the criteria required for nomination and designation of Frederick Douglass High School as a local Historic Building.

46.  Contract Compliance Hearing Officers
The Officers have the authority to review and determine any appeal by a contractor, bidder or offeror from a determination of noncompliance with the equal employment opportunity in purchasing and contracting requirements as defined in the City Code made by the contract compliance officer.

47.  Council District 3 Senior Citizens Advisory Council
The Advisory Council seeks to provide recommendations on addressing the special needs of the elderly, including but not limited to the delivery of City services related to traffic and transportation, sanitation services, public safety, recreation, housing, and other senior related needs.

48.  Criminal Justice Coordinating Council
The Council is to develop, encourage and coordinate communication and cooperation among all components of the city's criminal justice system, and all law enforcement agencies operating within the city; and between the criminal justice system and the citizens of Atlanta.

49.  Cultural Heritage Walk Advisory Committee
The Committee seeks to advise City of Atlanta policy makers regarding the implementation of the Cultural Heritage Walk project phase 3.

50.  Defined Contribution Plan Management Committee
The Committee would oversee the administration of the new "Defined Contribution (DC) Retirement Plan" and make all final decisions that materially impact the management and operation of the DC Plan.

51.  DeKalb County Board of Health
The Board strives to protect, promote and improve the health and well-being of all DeKalb County residents by providing equitable access to public health resources.

52.  Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee

57.  Eastside Tax Allocation District Advisory Board
The Board advises the Atlanta Development Authority Board of Directors in connection with Eastside TAD financing decisions relating to proposals for project development funding and support within the Eastside TAD neighborhoods.

58.  Elected Officials Compensation Commission
The Commission shall recommend to the council and board of education the amount of compensation which it deems appropriate for the mayor, president of council, members of council, and members of the board of education.  Any amount recommended shall be an amount which takes into account the nature of the office and which is commensurate with salaries then being paid for other public positions having similar duties, responsibilities, or obligations.

59.  Exploratory Committee to Determine an Appropriate Manner in which to Honor the Legacy of Former Atlanta City Council Member Jim Maddox

60.  Fire Station Design Committee
The Committee seeks to provide a collaborative structure for discussion during the architecture and design phase between the Department of Enterprise Asset Management and the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department.

61.  Fulton County Board of Health
The Board provides a variety of services that help protect residents from health threats, increase access to health services to improve health outcomes, and provide information that assists Fulton County citizens in living healthier lives.

62.  Fulton County Library System Board of Trustees
The Board is responsible for overseeing the construction, operation, and maintenance of all library facilities and services within the service area of the library system.

63.  Fulton County/City of Atlanta Land Bank Authority
The Authority is a mission-driven organization that identifies delinquent and dilapidated properties and works to convert them to properties with a productive use for the community. The Authority acquires the title to tax delinquent, vacant, abandoned, dilapidated, and other types of properties and works to get them transformed into mixed market rate housing, green spaces, and other productive uses for the community.

64.  Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District (CID)

65.  Governing Board of the Office of the Inspector General and the Ethics Office
The Board is to ensure the independence of the Office of the Inspector General. The Board shall hear all appeals that may be filed from any adverse decision issued by the Office of Inspector General, or a motion to quash a subpoena issued by the Inspector General or the Ethics Officer.

66.  Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Vendor's Policy Task Force
The Task Force reviews all procedures, policies, laws and to provide recommendations to improve operations and enhance safety of the Airport's Atrium and the adjacent terminals.

67.  Health Care Task Force - OPEB
The Task Force review and report to the Mayor and City Council on the proliferation of other post employment benefits cost for the City of Atlanta, its employees and other similar groups.

68.  Historical Commission Study Group
The Commission will make recommendations on amending the City Charter to create permanent historical commission that will expand the City's current process for historic designations and incorporate technology into the City's historic preservation program as an economic tool to increase tourism and interest in the rich history imbedded within various city neighborhoods.

69.  Hollowell/MLK Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee
The Committee advises the Atlanta Development Authority Board of Directors in connection with the Hollowell/M.L. King TAD financing decisions relating to proposals for project development funding and support within the Hollowell and M.L. King corridor.

70.  Homeless Continuum of Care
The Continuum is a geographically based group of community representatives that carries out the planning responsibilities of the Continuum of Care program 24 CFR Part 578; designed to promote community-wide goals to end homelessness.

71.  Housing Commission
The Commission shall review the housing policies of the City of Atlanta with an emphasis on affordable housing. The Commission shall also review the City of Atlanta's permitting procedures related to the construction and rehabilitation of housing.

72.  Human Relations Commission (HRC)
The Commission is charged with receiving, investigating and making recommendations to the mayor and to appropriate city agencies for the resolution of complaints alleging violations of article(s) III (public accommodation), IV (fair housing), and V (private employment) of the Atlanta Code and within 30 days to secure a response.

73.  In Rem Review Board
When a property has been identified as abandoned, vacant, dilapidated, or unsecured, the City can take action to bring the property into compliance through Administrative In Rem proceedings.  The In Rem Review Board conducts monthly hearings to determine whether a structure or building can be ordered demolished or cleaned or closed.

74.  Infrastructure Stakeholder Committee
The Committee shall provide stakeholder input for the Renew Atlanta Infrastructure Bond Program and TSPLOST Atlanta.

75.  Judicial Commission
The Commission nominates to the mayor persons for appointment to the positions of judges, solicitors and public defenders of city and municipal courts, and any judge pro hac vice of municipal court.

76.  Justice40 Commission
The Commission is to identify environmentally disadvantaged and unsourced communities in the City of Atlanta to ensure that such communities benefit from opportunities and resources available through the Biden Administration's Justice40 initiative.

77.  Keep Atlanta Beautiful Commission
The Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council to empower communities to safeguard and enhance the City of Atlanta's aesthetic appeal in an effort to help improve quality of life, stimulate economic growth and development opportunities within the City of Atlanta.

78.  License Review Board (LRB)
The Board reviews applications for permits, other than work and taxicab, issued under the police power of the City. The Board also conducts hearings on any charges brought against any licensee.

79.  Little 5 Points Community Improvement District

93.  Piedmont Park Conservancy (PPC)
The Conservancy isa member and donor-funded nonprofit organization working in partnership with the city of Atlanta to ensure Piedmont Park is an iconic park for all neighborhoods of metro Atlanta.  The Conservancy contributes to the Park’s beautification through detail-focused landscaping, volunteer projects and capital improvements.

94.  Planning Committee
The Committee provides recommendations of how the City of Atlanta can participate in the march for our lives to end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools.

95.  Post 1 At-Large Advisory Commission
The Commission shall maximize the citizen input and participation in the development of policy initiatives, legislation and activities of the Post 1 At-Large Office.

96.  Proctor Creek Planning Commission
The Commission should provide long term planning and visioning for Proctor Creek. The Commission should explore options that will improve water quality, increase the use of green infrastructure, engage communities to become stewards of Proctor Creek.

97.  Procurement Appeals Hearing Officers
The Officers shall have the authority to review and determine any appeal by an aggrieved party from a determination by the chief procurement officer that is authorized in the City Code.

98.  Public Safety & Judicial Facilities Authority
The Authority initiates project and bond funding relating to the acquisition, construction, equipping, operation, maintenance and repairing of municipal corporate, judicial, detention or public safety facilities.

99.  Public Safety Compensation Commission
The Commission provides recommendations to City Council regarding compensation practices for the Atlanta Police, Fire, Rescue and Department of Corrections for the purpose of evaluating compensation for each department.

100.  Pump Station Arts Project Task Force
The Task Force seeks to design and oversee the execution of an Arts Project consisting of planting of shrubs and trees and the installation of art that are created to be a continuation of the existing landscape.

101.  Rodney Cook Sr. Park Historic Advisory Committee
The Commission should engage the community and provide recommendations on implementing policies and procedures for the future maintenance and improvement of the Rodney Cook Park.

102.  Sister Cities Commission
The Commission which was created from the 1956 Presidential "People-to-People" program, facilitates exchange programs between Atlanta and corresponding foreign cities. The Commission shall assist the sister city committees to ensure that their exchange programs are effective, reciprocal and sustained.

The Council provides policy recommendations to the City Council to help small businesses and entrepreneurs flourish and create more living wage jobs.

104.  Solid Waste Appeals Board
The Board allows a customer to appeal the commissioner's determination regarding the customer's sanitary or solid waste tax or assessment, a solid waste utility bill or the imposition of solid waste utility rates, fees and charges.

105.  Solid Waste Management Authority
The Authority shall organize itself, carry out its duties and responsibilities and exercise its powers and prerogatives in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Regional Solid Waste Management Authorities Act.

The Committee shall establish and review an annual budget and develop projects to be funded as per authorizing Ordinance. The Committee shall present recommendations to the Mayor and City Council for approval of expenditures of funds.

114.  Stakeholder Oversight Committee (Moving Atlanta Forward)
The Committee will focus on overall economics and budget status; the scope and schedule of individual projects; construction management practices; stakeholder satisfaction; environmental stewardship; safety and issues of risk.

The Task Force seeks to study the establishment of a permanent Entertainment and Culture Commission, how best to forge a citywide vision for Atlanta’s entertainment industry so that it thrives and grows, the potential designation of specific areas “Entertainment Districts”.

117.  Task Force to Lead a Comprehensive Process for the Transformation of the Atlanta City Detention Center
The Task Force seeks to evaluate potential re-use of the Atlanta City Detention Center that could benefit the entire community.

118.  Task Force to provide a Safer Environment for occupants living in apartment complexes and other leasing communities in the City of Atlanta
The Task Force seeks to review security improvements that can serve as recommendations to property managers to help mitigate increased criminal activity in apartment complexes and other leasing communities.

119.  Task Force to Review the HOPWA and WORKSOURCE Grants
The Task Force seeks to review the City’s existing policy and procedures for administering and monitoring service delivery grants related to Housing Opportunities for Person’s with Aids (HOPWA) and the City’s Workforce Development Agency aka WorkSource Atlanta.

120. Temporary Task Force (charged with examination of processes and procedures of the Office of Inspector General, the Ethics Office and the Governing Board of the Office of the Inspector General and the Ethics Office)
The Temporary Task Force is to examine the Charter provisions governing the Office of the Inspector General, the Ethics Office, and the Governing Board of the Office of the Inspector General and the Ethics Office.

 121.  Transportation Task Force
The Task Force seeks a District-wide Transportation Plan to be prepared in concert wth ATLDOT and representatives of all District 8 Neighborhoods, NPU's and partner organizations to enable a comprehensive plan to be developed and implemented with full transparency.

122.  Tree Conservation Commission
The Commission assists in the protection, maintenance, and regeneration of the trees and other forest resources of Atlanta. The Commission hears and decides appeals of decisions of administrative officials related to trees.

123.  Urban Design Commission
The Commission holds public hearings and makes nominations to the City Council nominations for designation of buildings, sites and districts for each category of protection which are established by Chapter 20 of part 16 of the Code of Ordinances.

124.  Water & Sewer Appeals Board
The Board allows customers to appeal any water and sewer bill adjustment decision by the Commissioner of the Department of Watershed Management.

125.  West End Community Improvement District (CID)
The City of Atlanta consents to the creation of a CID to be known as the West End Community Improvement District as authorized by the Georgia General Assembly.  The CID is a catalyst for infrastructure enhancements through new investments, project planning, resource management and partnership development for the designated area per legislation.

126.  Westside Affordable Housing Trust Fund Commission
The Commission shall make recommendations to the City Council for the expenditure of funds collected in the Westside Affordable Workforce In Lieu Fee Housing Trust Fund.

127.  Westside Future Fund Board
The Board oversees the redevelopment on Atlanta’s West side. The group brings together business and civic leaders to coordinate public and private investment in communities such as Vine City and English Avenue.

128.  Westside Tax Allocation District Downtown Advisory Committee
The Committee advises the Atlanta Development Authority Board of Directors in connection with the Westside TAD financing decisions relating to proposals for project development funding and support within the Westside TAD Downtown neighborhoods.

129.  Westside Tax Allocation District Neighborhood Advisory Committee
The Committee advises the Atlanta Development Authority Board of Directors in connection with the Westside TAD Neighborhood financing decisions relating to proposals for project development funding and support within the Westside TAD neighborhoods.

130.  Westside/Howell Mill Community Improvement District (CID)

The Task Force seeks to make recommendations to the Atlanta City Council regarding the expedient and efficient restoration of the Westside Olympic Neighborhood Historical Markers prior to the 30th anniversary of their installation.

132.  Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative Board of Directors
This Board seeks to establish a separate line-item account in its budget to accept funds from the City of Atlanta in support of the Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative.

133.  Working Group to review and make recommendations to improve, but not consider the repeal of Ordinance 18-O-1045 which instituted Bail Reform in the City of Atlanta
The Group wants to ensure that its criminal justice procedures are constitutional and do not disproportionately punish people who do not have money.

134.  Youth Commission - Governing Board
The Board acts as a clearinghouse/think tank for ideas and concepts as well as to provide advice, assistance, counsel, coordination, resource development and economic development to the Mayor and City Council on youth issues.

135.  Youth Commission - Youth Action Coalition
The Coalition shall study, research, monitor and objectively evaluate youth-related issues on behalf of the city; provide a forum for youth reaction to proposed issues; develop recommendations for innovative youth initiatives; aid in permitting the city to benefit from youth-oriented resources; write grant proposals.

136.  Youth Commission - Youth Advisory Board
The Board shall explore ideas and opinions of the public regarding youth; address issues identified by the youth action coalition; propose to mayor and city council plans of action related to Atlanta's youth.

137.  Zoning Review Board (ZRB)
The Board meets to consider property rezonings and special use permits. The Board takes into consideration the recommendations of the relevant Neighborhood Planning Unit and the Office of Zoning and Development staff and makes recommendations on rezonings to the Zoning Committee of City Council.
