CITY OF ATLANTA’S CONSOLIDATED PLAN
2020-2024 CON PLAN AND
2020 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

DEPARTMENT OF GRANTS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT  

The Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public
Hearing on Tuesday, April 28 at 1:30 pm remotely on Ordinance 20-O-1261 which is regarding the 2020-2024
Con Plan, 2020 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and Funding Recommendations Package (additional details
below.) The public may access the meeting by the following Conference Bridge: Toll Free Access: (877) 579-
6743, Conference ID: 8315991256. The Public can also leave a comment of their concerns by dialing (404)
330-6068 and leaving a message not to exceed (2) minutes. Clearly state that the comment pertains to 20-O-
1261. The public comment line will close one (1) hour prior to the start of the meeting.

Under the City of Atlanta's Consolidated Plan, which covers grant funding received by the City of Atlanta
from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), it is required that the citizens of
Atlanta are informed and have an opportunity for comment of the 2020-2024 Con Plan. 2020 Annual Action
Plan and Funding Recommendations for the following grant programs: Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), the HOME Housing Investment Partnership program,
and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

The City of Atlanta’s 2020-2024 Con Plan, 2020 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and Funding Recommendations
are in the process of being submitted for approval to Atlanta’s City Council. Citizens and other interested
parties will be invited to provided comments on the 2020-2024 Con Plan, 2020 AAP and funding
recommendations for CDBG, ESG, HOME and HOPWA programs.

2020-2024 Con Plan, 2020 AAP and 2020 Funding Recommendation can be reviewed and committed on the
Department of Grant and Community Development website at:
