The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing remotely on the following proposed legislation. 20-O-1191 AN ORDINANCE BY CITY UTILITIES COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, TO ABANDON THE ENTIRE PORTION OF SURPLUS RIGHT-OF-WAY STARTING FROM WALLACE STREET REALIGNMENT LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF WALLACE STREET AND TECH PARKWAY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.22 ACREAS BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A", LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 81 OF THE 14TH DISTRICT OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA TO 665 MARIETTA STREET, LLC; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO 665 MARIETTA STREET, LLC FOR SUCH ABANDONED RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public.
