The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation:

19-O-1676 AN ORDINANCE BY CITY UTILITIES COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, TO ABANDON BLUFF STREET WHICH IS UNOPENED AND UNIMPROVED RIGHT OF WAY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.322 ACRES BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A", LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 108 OF THE 14TH DISTRICT OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA TO AOK PROPERTIES INTER, LLC,; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO AOK PROPERTIES INTER, LLC FOR SUCH ABANDONED RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal
Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of
the public.
