The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation:

19-O-1148 – AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER J.P. MATZIGKEIT AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO RENAME WEST WIEUCA ROAD, N.W., FROM POWERS FERRY ROAD N.W. TO LAKE FORREST DRIVE N.W., TO CHASTAIN PARK AVENUE, N.W.; TO WAIVE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SECTION 138-8 OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public.
