The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation:

18-O-1676 – AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER JOYCE M. SHEPERD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, TO RENAME DESHLER STREET, S.W. AND HARDEE AVENUE, S.W. BETWEEN LEE STREET AND WOMACK AVENUE TO TYLER PERRY STUDIO WAY; TO WAIVE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SECTION 138-8(B)(5)(C) OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public.
