The Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold Public Hearings on the following legislations during its August 14, 2018 Committee Meeting: 

18-O-1421 
AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER IVORY LEE YOUNG, JR. DEDICATING CITY OF ATLANTA OWNED LAND LOCATED AT 870 PROCTOR STREET AS A PUBLIC PARK IN PERPETUITY TO BE NAMED THE KATHRYN JOHNSTON MEMORIAL PARK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 

18-O-1380 
AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER NATALYN M. ARCHIBONG TO AMEND THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE 2016 CITY OF ATLANTA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) SO AS TO DESIGNATE LAND KNOWN AS LOCHLAND COURT/WILLOW PLACE TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at 12:30pm, Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1.
