LOCHLAND COURT/WILLOW PLACE ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING
August 15, 2018

The Finance/Executive Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in Committee Room 1, City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., and 2nd Floor on the following proposed legislations:

18-O-1378 - AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER NATALYN M. ARCHIBONG TO PROVIDE FOR THE ANNEXATION OF LAND KNOWN AS LOCHLAND COURT/WILLOW PLACE TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA PURSUANT TO THE 60% METHOD; TO EXTEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ATLANTA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL SYSTEM; TO NOTIFY THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS OF SUCH ANNEXATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public. Written comments to the Atlanta City Council may be submitted in care of the Municipal Clerk until August 13, 2018.
