BUSINESS LICENSE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE CHANGE

The Finance/Executive Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in Committee Room 1, City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., and 2nd Floor on the following proposed legislations:

18-O-1299 - AN ORDINANCE BY FINANCE/EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AMENDING CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 1, SECTION 30-62 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE AMOUNTS – TAX RATE STRUCTURE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES RELATED TO OCCUPATIONAL AND BUSINESS LICENSING; AND TO DIRECT THAT THE REVENUE FROM THE FEES BE DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNTS SET FORTH HEREIN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public. Written comments to the Atlanta City Council may be submitted in care of the Municipal Clerk until July 2, 2018.
