SPECIAL CALL MEETING NOTICE

The Finance/Executive Committee of the Atlanta City Council will convene a special call meeting to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of:

1) Discussion, authorization or non-binding preliminary vote upon the acquisition, sale or lease of real property in accordance with O.C.G.A. §50-14-3(b)(1).

2) Consultation with legal counsel pertaining to pending or potential litigation, settlement, claims, administrative proceeding, or other judicial actions brought or to be brought by or against the City in accordance with O.C.G.A. §50-14-2(1).
