The City of Atlanta’s Community Development/Human Services Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance 17-O-1550:

AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER C. T. MARTIN TO AMEND THE LAND USE ELEMENTOF THE 2016 CITY OF ATLANTA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) SO AS TO DESIGNATE 0 FULTON INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD, TAX PARCEL NUMBER 14F002200010198, TO THE INDUSTRIAL LAND USE DESIGNATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 12:30pm, Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1.

The City of Atlanta’s Community Development/Human Services Committee will hold a Public Hearing on the Urban Enterprise Zone Application for 1572 Hardee Street NE Atlanta, GA 30307 The Proposal is for the creation of the Edgewood Court Apartments Housing Enterprise Zone. Located in Council District 5, NPU O.

The Applicant/developer Jonathan Rose Companies proposes to renovate a 204-unit affordable housing complex to create 222 affordable apartment units as Edgewood Apartments and to construct a new community building on 20 acres of land. The City of Atlanta Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Program is to encourage private development and redevelopment in economically-depressed areas of the City.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 14 2017, at 12:30pm, Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1.
