The Finance/Executive Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation:

17-O-1215 - AN ORDINANCE BY FINANCE/EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AMENDING THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 2-1548 - RENTALS OF CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL SECTION (C) FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE RENTAL OF THE CITY-OWNED GALLERY LOCATED AT 72 MARIETTA STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

17-O-1216 - AN ORDINANCE BY FINANCE/EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AMENDING CHAPTER 110, ARTICLE I, SECTION 110-3 FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES RELATED TO AMENITIES AND PROGRAMS OFFERED AT THE CHASTAIN ARTS CENTER AND GALLERY BY THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS; AND TO DIRECT THAT THE REVENUE FROM THE FEES BE DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNTS SET FORTH HEREIN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public. Written comments to the Atlanta City Council may be submitted in care of the Municipal Clerk until November 13, 2017.
