BACKGROUND: Atlanta City Council Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee will discuss resolution 25-R-3289, authored by Council members Antonio Lewis, Liliana Bakhtiari, and Jason Dozier, calling to begin the planned staged withdrawal of detainees under the custody of Fulton County Sheriff’s Office at Atlanta City Detention Center (ACDC).

The Committee meeting will be held on Monday, August 25, at 2 p.m. in the Marvin S. Arrington, Sr. Council Chamber.

 

About Atlanta City Council
