ATLANTA CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT CEASAR C. MITCHELL HOSTS THE 13TH SEMI-ANNUAL COLLEGE PREP SERIES COLLEGE FAIR

ATLANTA – The fall 2012 College Prep Series College Fair will be held, November 20th from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.

College Fair attendees will be eligible to enter a drawing for a chance to win a FREE Atlanta CityPASS, which includes admission tickets to Atlanta’s 5 must-see attractions! Attractions include, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Inside CNN Studio Tour, High Museum of Art or Fernbank Museum of Natural History, and Zoo Atlanta or Atlanta History Center. Attendees must be present to win.

In addition to the College Fair, students who participated in the College Prep Series test sessions will experience a full scores back session where they will hear from a college admissions guru. The guest speaker will explain how to read the scores back report and how students can use the report to lead them to their higher education goals. 

Students who plan to apply to any Georgia public college and university may apply for FREE during the November 20^th College Fair. Representatives from The Scholarship Academy will be present to help guide them through the online application process.

The event is free, and no registration is required to attend. Parking is available in the parking deck located at the corner of Washington Street and Trinity Avenue.
