Councilman Ceasar Mitchell and Circus Show Appreciation to Atlanta’s Public Safety

Police and Fire Receive Free Circus Tickets Today

Atlanta – Atlanta City Councilmember Ceasar C. Mitchell and UniverSoul Circus will donate a thousand circus tickets to the Atlanta Police Department and to Atlanta Fire Rescue for two circus performances at Philips Arena.

Councilman Mitchell and circus officials will present the tickets TODAY immediately following the 2:30 p.m. public safety pick-up tournament.

“The UniverSoul Circus offers a wonderful family production,” said Councilman Mitchell. “I think this is a great way to show police and fire how much we appreciate them.”

The complimentary tickets are for the March 3 and March 4 morning shows – with 500 tickets designated for each day.

The UniverSoul Circus is the only African-American owned and operated circus in the United States.  With over 500 shows across America, thousands of people enjoy the electrifying acts performed by an amazing troupe of acrobats, aerialists and daredevils who fly through the air to the heart-thumping beats of hip-hop, jazz, gospel and salsa music.
