Atlanta City Council Member Cleta Winslow and Invest Atlanta Sponsor Homebuyer Seminar and Bus Tour

ATLANTA – Atlanta City Council Member Cleta Winslow and Invest Atlanta will host a home buying workshop and tour on Saturday, August 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The morning informational session will take place in the Council Chamber of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W. followed by an 11:45 a.m. bus tour of several Atlanta neighborhoods.

Attendees will receive the HUD approved Home Buyer Education and Certificate and have a chance to see amazing properties for sale.

Potential buyers will learn about homes through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, get information on tax credits, and may be eligible to receive up $40,000 in down payment assistance to purchase a home in the City of Atlanta. 

Representatives from several agencies will be on hand to assist Atlanta customers in the home buying process.
