OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT
Notice
is hereby given that an Ordinance (09-O-1922) has been introduced to amend Part
1, Subpart A, Article VI, Chapter 3, Section 6-304 of the Charter of the City of
Atlanta, Georgia (Ga. Laws 1996, P.
4469, et. seq.) approved April 15, 1996, as amended, by amending Article VI,
Chapter 3, Section 6-304 so as to add a Subsection D regarding Non Budgeted
Programs and Expenditures.
A
copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk
of the City of Atlanta and in the offices of the Clerks of the Superior Courts
of Fulton and DeKalb Counties, Georgia for purposes of examination and
inspection by the public.
