The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at the intersection of Westlake Avenue NW and Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW. "I am pleased that District 3 is home to a new park with a number of recreational features for all of our residents to enjoy," said Council member Ivory Lee Young, Jr. "The 1.39-acre park has a walking path and areas for playing, picnicking and relaxing.
