3.      Councilmember Adrean requested a list of the infrastructure in need of repair and a 5 Year Financial Plan from the Department of Watershed Management.

4.      A report on the Safety Program in the Department of Watershed Management:

a.       What the City has paid so far in claims?

b.      How many cameras have been purchased?

c.       A report on the City of Atlanta purchases/investments for the past five (5) years on safety concerns.

d.      What are the present and future plans?

5.      Councilmember Adrean requested a report on fines for spills in 2011 and 2012, by the next Committee meeting, 11/13/12. (12-R-1501)

6.      Councilmember Martin asked Commissioner Macrina to provide a copy of the PMT contract and the percentage of MBE participation associated with the contract. 

7.      Councilmember Martin made a request to the CFO, Jim Beard to provide a list of excess Bond Project Funds.

8.      Councilmember Wan made a request to Commissioner Macrina to provide a copy of the consultant report on the stormwater inventory to be completed in 3 months.

9.      Councilmember Shook made a request to the Departments of Watershed Management and Public Works to make Quarterly Status Reports to the City Utilities Committee on the Audit Reports’ Recommendations.

1.         Councilmember Moore asked Commissioner Mendoza to provide the same information to her that was provided to the media concerning PARKatlanta’s mishandling of parking tickets and use of the secret shopper program/practice.

2.         Councilmember Bond asked Hans Utz, Mayor’s Office, to provide any information concerning solutions for concerns that were raised back in 2010 during the Transportation Sub Committee meetings on PARKatlanta.

1.         Richard Mendoza, Commissioner Public Works, committed to providing the Secret Shopper Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.) in 30 days, which would be April 12, 2013.

2.         Hans Utz, Deputy COO-Office of the Mayor, committed to providing a report for citations that were generated during PARKatlanta’s testing procedures and then dismissed.  This will also include the notification of testing.

3.         Councilmember Moore asked Mendoza to find out how PARKatlanta file public records and especially how they track the appeals process from initial filing of an appeal to the final ruling if it goes to court.

4.         Councilmember Moore asked Mendoza to provide the committee with a copy of the reports for the:     

                        (a)        Municipal Court monthly collection rate for parking tickets,

                                    should also include tickets dismissed by Municipal Court.

                        (b)        PARKatlanta’s monthly public appeals status

5.         Councilmember Bond asked Mendoza to find out if PARKatlanta maintenance personnel can be clearly identified with bright, labeled clothing and signage on their vehicle when performing their tests.

6.         Councilmember Willis asked City Attorney Eric Richardson and Commissioner Mendoza to find out how a citizen, Mr. David Howell, obtained a copy of tag numbers, where some, allegedly, showed tickets received by City employees that were dismissed.

7.         Councilmember Martin asked Mendoza to provide an update on the review and subsequent resolution of clear senior zone signage around Friendship Towers.
